Westchester + Southern Fairfield County · Accepting a limited number of right-fit homes

Your private Caretaker

One relationship. Four things that change how you own your home.

Caretaker is a private relationship for a limited number of significant homes.

01

Your go-to

One person who knows your home, your team, and how you want things handled.

One person who knows the home, knows how you want things handled, and works across the people who already care for it.

  • Knows the property and its history
  • Knows the people who work on it
  • Knows how you want things handled
  • Owns the follow-through

02

Home Command Center

Everything touching your home in one shared place.

Systems, appliances, vendors, visits, maintenance, projects, documents, warranties, photos, decisions and what’s next.

  • Systems, appliances and equipment
  • Vendors, visits and service history
  • Projects, documents and warranties
  • Photos, recommendations and next steps

03

Ongoing oversight

What needs attention stays in view and gets handled.

What’s happening across the property, what needs attention, what is being handled and what requires a decision.

  • Maintenance tracked and scheduled
  • Open items kept in view
  • Vendors coordinated
  • Weather and storm impact watched

04

Seasonal reviews

Four reviews a year, specific to your property and the season ahead.

Specific to the property, its systems, weather exposure and upcoming needs.

  • Tailored to your specific home
  • Dated notes and photos
  • What deserves attention next
  • Ahead of the season, not after it

05

Projects & improvements
