Dan spent years overseeing a 200-acre mountain property, along with building and operating businesses. He gets to know the property, its systems, its history, the people who work on it, and how the owner wants things handled.
A Columbia graduate with a deep understanding of technology, Dan brings judgment, context and follow-through to the ongoing operation of the home.
Caretaker is intentionally limited to a small number of right-fit homes across Westchester, Lower Fairfield, upper Bergen, and Rockland County.
What this is
